Zen Luxxe products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions about a specific product — we’re happy to help!

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please email a clear photo of the damaged item(s) to shopzenluxxe@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item to us.

Important: Zen Luxxe is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
